All of the goals and striving we take on (whether its weight loss, reducing our environmental footprint or simply taking time out of our day for relaxation with some bath salts and candle aromatherapy), all the effort we put in to make positive changes will never reach their full potential unless its approached holistically and naturally – there’s no reason that the weight we’re going to be losing can’t be accompanied by even bigger gains in our nutritional and spiritual welfare.
